Choose the 60-minute Session for one contained decision, the three-hour Intensive for a connected set of decisions and a deeper plan, or the 30-day Partnership when you need support while implementing.
No. Each option has a defined time and scope. The Partnership ends after 30 days unless a separate engagement is offered and accepted.
The experience is collaborative. Regina will guide, challenge, organize, and strategize with you. You remain responsible for your choices and implementation.
No. It is designed for one focused decision or roadblock. A more complex goal belongs in the Intensive or Partnership.
No. Strategy and coaching are not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or medical care.
