Regina Coley has spent over 16 years at the intersection of education, identity, and leadership — first as an educator and curriculum developer, and since 2016 as the founder and CEO of MotivatHER Inc., a Nashville-based organization dedicated to the advancement of women and girls.
Holding both an MBA and an EdS, Regina brings a rare combination of corporate strategy and educational depth to everything she builds. She is a published author of four books — Non-Negotiables, A Matter of Choice, The Equity Gap, and The One: Becoming the Catalyst Your Community Needs — each one an extension of her conviction that lasting leadership begins with identity, not just skill.
As a sought-after speaker, educational consultant, and strategist, Regina has developed signature programs, frameworks, and curricula used by women, girls, corporate organizations, and institutions across the country. Her proprietary Mark Makers Method™ sits at the core of everything MotivatHER delivers.
