WHY MOTIVATHER EXISTS
The work began with a question:
What becomes possible when a woman no longer has to earn the right to believe in herself?
MotivatHER was founded in 2016 from Regina Coley’s conviction that women and girls need more than encouragement. They need language for their lived experience, education that honors their full humanity, and practical frameworks that help them move from potential to power.
After years in classrooms, leadership spaces, community organizations, entrepreneurship, and motherhood, Regina saw the same truth repeatedly: skill-building can open a door, but identity determines how a woman enters, leads, and remains whole once she is inside.
MotivatHER was built to address both—to strengthen the woman and equip the work she is called to do.

MEET THE FOUNDER
She did not build a brand around motivation. She built a body of work around transformation.
Regina E. Coley is the founder and CEO of MotivatHER Inc., a published author, education specialist, curriculum designer, speaker, and leadership strategist. For more than 16 years, her work has lived at the intersection of identity, education, leadership, and community impact.
With an MBA and EdS, Regina brings together the strategic mind of an executive and the instructional depth of an educator. Her books and proprietary frameworks help women and girls make clearer decisions, lead from a rooted identity, and turn their ideas into meaningful action.
A Howard University alumna, 40 Under 40 honoree, and Women-Owned Small Business entrepreneur, Regina has served across classrooms, institutions, nonprofits, faith communities, and business spaces. Her most important qualification, however, is the way she sees people: not only for who they are today, but for the significance they carry and the systems they are capable of changing.
