THE MOTIVATHER DIFFERENCE
It is knowing how to navigate people, places, expectations, and opportunities without losing who you are.
Our approach connects timeless social intelligence with modern communication, cultural awareness, leadership, and self-respect. Participants do not simply memorize rules. They practice the judgment and confidence to respond well when the room changes.
WHAT PRESENCE MAKES POSSIBLE

Read the room, understand expectations, and respond with awareness and consideration.
Speak, listen, correspond, and connect in ways that build trust.
Align appearance, behavior, and message with the impact you intend to make.
CHOOSE YOUR PATH
Every offering is age-appropriate, practical, highly participatory, and adapted to the environment participants are preparing to enter.

Private coaching for women preparing to become more visible, advance professionally, navigate high-stakes rooms, or refine the way they represent their work.
Social, dining, digital, and professional-readiness experiences that help young women move toward college, work, leadership, and adulthood with confidence.
Warm, active instruction that helps children practice kindness, communication, table manners, self-awareness, and confident behavior in everyday situations.
THE CURRICULUM
Each experience is customized, but the curriculum draws from three connected areas of development.

YOUR FACILITATOR
Regina E. Coley brings four active etiquette certifications together with more than 16 years across education, leadership, curriculum design, and organizational development.
Her teaching style is warm, direct, culturally aware, and practical. Participants have room to ask the questions they may have been afraid to ask, rehearse real scenarios, receive feedback, and leave knowing exactly what to do next.
FORMATS + STARTING INVESTMENT
Starting investments may change based on travel, customization, materials, venue needs, audience size, licensing, and delivery format. Group-series and ongoing-partnership pricing is available.
Etiquette and executive-presence coaching may be added to a Make It Happen Session or organizational engagement. Ask about a custom bundle.
