Polished
& Powerful™
An exclusive leadership and etiquette experience for girls ages 8–18 that goes beyond manners. We build identity. We build confidence. We build the young woman your daughter was always meant to be.
For the Parent Who Wants More for Her Daughter
This is not a summer
activity. It's a turning point.
Most programs keep girls busy. Polished & Powerful™ makes them better. In a world that constantly tells young women to shrink, second-guess, and perform — we give them something rare: a safe space to discover who they actually are and the tools to show up that way everywhere they go.
More than etiquette
Yes, your daughter will learn how to carry herself in any room. But she'll also learn why it matters — because she matters — not because she's performing for anyone's approval.
More than confidence tips
Confidence without identity is just performance. We root every skill in who your daughter is at her core so she doesn't just look the part — she owns it.
Built for where she is now
Our two age lanes mean your daughter is never grouped with girls at a completely different developmental stage. The curriculum meets her exactly where she is.
Designed to last
What she learns this summer doesn't stay in summer. The frameworks, the vocabulary, the identity work — she carries it into every classroom, team, and relationship she encounters.
Two Lanes. One Standard of Excellence.
Choose the lane
built for her.
Every girl in Polished & Powerful™ is placed in an age-appropriate lane so the content, tone, and expectations are exactly right for where she is developmentally. Both lanes run the same weeks and include the same access to live Q&A.

What Parents Tell Us
Here's what your daughter
walks away with.
A Defined Identity
She knows who she is, what she stands for, and why that matters — before the world tries to tell her differently.
Unshakeable Confidence
Not the kind that depends on likes or validation. The kind that holds steady in the hardest rooms and the quietest moments.
Real Social Grace
From table etiquette to professional communication, she knows how to show up with excellence in every environment.
Leadership Language
She can articulate her ideas, advocate for herself, and lead others — skills most adults are still trying to develop.
A 90-Day Action Plan
She leaves with a concrete personal plan for her next season — goals, steps, and the confidence to follow through.
A Legacy Mindset
She begins to see her life not just as something to get through but something to build — intentionally, powerfully, on purpose.

Questions Parents Ask
Everything you need
to know.
What age group is this program designed for?
Polished & Powerful™ serves girls ages 8–18 across two age-differentiated lanes. Lane A is designed for ages 8–12 and Lane B for ages 13–18. If your daughter is on the edge of a lane, reach out and we'll help you decide which is the better fit.
How much time does my daughter need to commit each week?
The curriculum is self-paced so you control the schedule. Most families find 2–3 hours per week is enough to move through the content consistently. Live Q&A sessions are scheduled in advance so you can plan ahead.
My daughter is shy. Is this still right for her?
Especially for her. Polished & Powerful™ was built with the quiet girl in mind — the one who has everything inside her but hasn't found the environment that draws it out. This is that environment.
What does the program include?
Each lane includes the full self-paced curriculum, workbook and program materials, live Q&A sessions with Regina Coley, access to the cohort community, and completion recognition at the end of the program.
Is there a payment plan available?
Please reach out to concierge@motivather.com and we'll be happy to discuss options. We want every girl who belongs here to be able to participate.
What if I have a daughter in each lane?
You can enroll both! Each lane is a separate enrollment. Reach out to concierge@motivather.com for sibling enrollment details.
